St Vincent de Paul Society NSW - Communications Internship

The Vinnies Communication & Media Unit deals with media enquiries, writing media releases and stories for our publications, social media content, working with the CEO Sleepout events team. I am looking for someone who can help wherever required. A project that would be good to work on is establishing a database of clients who would be suitable to share their stories with the media. Because they have complex needs, there are privacy considerations and consent forms that need to be produced. I am looking for a student who can assist with this. There might be some travel required, by train, to Parramatta.

Your writing skills must be excellent. Good understanding of digital comms also valued.
