PACE for Partners
PACE is a bold initiative of Macquarie that aims to provide mutual learning opportunities which allow you as partners to engage directly with your future workforce and the wider Macquarie community to meet your organisational goals.
Partnerships with community and commercial organisations are crucial for the successful implementation and delivery of the PACE initiative. Current partners are corporations, councils, local development organisations, non-government organisations and community based organisations.

As a PACE partner, you can expect to:
- engage with enthusiastic and knowledgeable students
- get projects done that might not otherwise be possible
- get better access to skilled, well-rounded recruits
- provide opportunities for Macquarie students to become more attuned to industry and community needs
- form collaborative networks with the University and other PACE partners
- invest in the community's future.
We will:
- help you design activities that achieve your goals and meet student learning needs
- ensure students are prepared and equipped to undertake their work with you
- work with you to support the students throughout their time with you
- identify a specific member of staff for contact and keep in touch with you at all stages
- provide insurance for students enrolled in PACE units
Join the PACE Initiative
The Faculty of Arts currently has 26 PACE units. Within these units individual and group projects are possible and longer term projects can also be delivered.
