Macquarie and KCO launch free Korean language classes

Macquarie's Department of International Studies in collaboration with the Korean Cultural Office Australia (KCO) is pleased to launch a free 10 weeks Korean Language Class for students and local community.

The weekly language course will be offered at introductory level and taught by an accredited Korean language instructor.

"This new collaboration between the KCO and the Department of International Studies is an exciting one as it will allow students, staff and members of the community the chance to begin learning the Korean language and engage with Korean culture." says Dr Karin Speedy, Acting Head of the Department of International Studies.

Course details

  • Date: Every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
    Classes start Tuesday 19th August 
  • Time: 6pm - 7.30pm
  • Location: Building W6B, Room 325
  • Materials: Free study materials will be provided to all students
  • Cost: FREE
