How to Apply

For Local Applicants

  • Step 1: Research your course options. Find a postgraduate coursework that interests you through our courses website.
  • Step 2: Check the entry requirements. Each course has a specific set of entry requirements.
  • Step 3: Complete supplementary admissions forms. Some course applications require supplementary admission form/s.
  • Step 4: Submit your application. Applications for all Postgraduate Coursework programs must be lodged either through the Universities Admission Centre or directly to Macquarie University.

For Current Students

  • Visit the Postgraduate website to get further information on how to resume your course, articulate to a higher course, or move from a double to single degree.

For International Students

Who to contact

Postgraduate Coursework is administered by several different areas. It is important that students contact the correct section:

  • Student Connect is the first point of contact for all student enquiries, except for International students who should visit the Macquarie International enquiries counter
  • Postgraduate Studies Section (PGS) provides administration of postgraduate coursework students
  • Macquarie International (MI) provides administration of International students.
